je “décline” mes œuvres de trois manières :
I I decline my works in three ways :
- small formats on paper (watercolours)
- small and medium formats in reliefs stretched by leather
- large formats on canvas
My themes :
I approached the portrait making it : flat, in relief, in puzzle...
Then I passed from the face to the back side : the persons are anonymus, through their presence we have access to the scenery.
The saris and turbans' draperies got me to the "alive materials" : squashes, apples, pebbles...
I like the unexpected in common things: a footprint in sand, in a forest... the materials : the pebbles, the squashes...
After horizontal vision, my works are a vertical vision. These paintings are a sort of puzzle of my life, the remaining of a moment in my life.
